On WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13th from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the Francisville Rec Center (1737 Francis St, Philadelphia, PA 19130) the United Francisville Civic Association (UFCA) will be hosting their monthly meeting - in which the DEVELOPER WHO HAS PURCHASED THE COMMUNITY GARDEN LOTS WILL BE PRESENT.

From the meeting agenda: "Presentation on workforce housing in the neighborhood. The list of addresses listed in the immediate neighborhood (3 blocks of Ogden St) include: 841 N 16th St, 845 N 16th St, 851 N 16th St, 863 N 15th St, 1437 Ogden St, 1438 Ogden St, 1539 Ogden St, 1544 Ogden St, 1546 Ogden St, 1610 Ogden St, 1613 Ogden St"

*note, there are also other items on the agenda such as votes on variances being requested of other developers in the area for 849 N. 16th St. (who is asking to build higher and have more units) and 909 N. 20th St. (who is asking for something unknown at the moment), and 1501 Fairmount Avenue (which is under review with the historic commission)

We encourage our neighbors to attend this meeting and ask questions, share concerns, and discuss the community garden space with the developer.
