TATA MADIBA IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE! WHAT A DISGRACE

The three-legged pole of Nelson Mandela's statue in Kimberley in the Northern Cape province cost R10 million. It took Sol Plaatjie local municipality 3 years to complete this project and this is what they could come up with. Hayi South Africa is a movie. They could not even finish the bottom half of his body.

The statue was supposed to be a special tribute to Tata Nelson Mandela on his 100th birthday on 18 July 2018. This is shocking and disappointing. Can we hold the Northern Cape government accountable for this? Can the Public Protector look into this because this is highly unacceptable?
