Extraordinary SCAP Hearing Date - 30 June 21 at 9.30am

Hi Everyone,

Your support has meant a great deal to the campaign to help save Seawall and finally our 'day in court' has arrived. An Extraordinary Hearing on 30 June 2021 at 9.30am will be held by the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) at 50 Flinders St, Adelaide.  Members of the public and media are welcome to attend SCAP hearings to observe development assessment applications being heard. 

SCAP is an independent panel of only 6 individuals, with the system heavily weighted in favour of developers. Just look at the donations developers give to political parties - why do they do that ??????

Developers have years to prepare proposals for development - Residents have a matter of days to gather expert information and make their comments - this is outrageously imbalanced !!!!!!!

We need to stop greed and poor planning decisions adversely impacting our daily lives .....
