Natural Resources Canada's data confirm my concerns about the use of forest biomass for power generation. When the carbon released by burning forest biomass and the loss of carbon sequestration caused by cutting the forests are integrated, it takes over 50 years for the use of forest biomass (obtained by clear-cutting) to become better than the use of COAL!!!
