Comprehensive Flood and Water Management Council

The TRJR was developed by Dr. Emile Gabriel, founder of the Comprehensive Flood & Water Management Council, based in Calgary, Alberta. Dr. Gabriel's White Paper on the TRJR was reviewed by the United Nations Educational and Scientific and Cultural Organization - International Institute of Hydrology and Environmental Engineering (UNESCO-IHE) in Delft, Holland. The UNESCO-IHE has invited him to continue his research on this proposal with two world-renowned experts, yet he is committed to seeing this project through for the benefit of Albertans. If a world-renowned organization has acknowledged the significance of the TRJR, then why isn't the message going out to Albertans? We are a group of dedicated volunteers, committed and passionate about finding a real solution to the flood and water shortage issues experienced in southern Alberta. If we are spending billions of dollars on a project, it better be the right project!
