The purpose is the same , to request that New South Wales (NSW) parliament arrange to create an artificial reef by having an ex-Navy ship scuttled off the Sydney Coastline . When we have 10,000 signatures on our paper petition then we can table this in the NSW Parliament and will have this debated in Parliament .
