When I launched my petition in June last year, calling on the Premier to rescind the unlimited groundwater licence granted to the project I had absolutely no idea that over 110,000 Australians would chose to stand with me - backing my vision of Queensland future of clean energy, clean water and clean food. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. One of those true blue Aussies who share my vision for a sustainable future is an inspiring young Willows grazier, by the name of Will Graham. As many of you know, when news broke that the rights of graziers along the proposed rail corridor had been overridden with the compulsory acquisition of grazing land; Will leapt into action to stand up for graziers silenced and intimidated by the might of the Adani project: launching a petition to oppose the compulsory acquisition.
