Harassment Incidents by an MTA Employee a Parkchester resident 

This one photograph is from one out of the four different occasions in the past few years that I can recall, when an MTA employee persistently attempted to engage me in arguments or tried to startle me.

I have been provoked on multiple occasions, with the employee approaching me and attempting to start a dispute by hurling insults my way. Although I initially confronted him, it became apparent that this was a persistent tactic of his to harass me. The most recent incident occurred a few days ago when a this man  followed me into a store outside of Parkchester area and left soon after realizing he had been spotted. He’s always acting like he’s on the phone reporting something. 

 I recognized him as the same individual who had harassed me previously the first occasion he was with his wife in a supermarket that. There was another person, an older man who followed me, but I did not recognize him. I believe that these individuals, including the man in the photograph, are trying to instill fear in me when I am walking alone on the streets. How they are following me I believe is thru my phone. That is the only connection for them to follow my location. I’ve had 3 phones in total damaged and 2 of them most recently hours apart. The first phone I thought maybe a glitch but 2 phones hours apart by 2 different providers doesn’t make sense. One of them is my child’s phone. We believe that they are tapping our devices. If you search up reviews on current and former Parkchester residents you will see that there has been others that experienced the same thing. Invasion of privacy in other ways. You will see that they lack to provide updated information on recent events. Cops have the option to not investigate certain reports. While all this might sound to far fetched. It’s very real. I have 2 social media accounts but I will wait to post them on here.
Yes, I do have people in law enforcement that live in my building but one cop told me when I reported my harassment  “don’t compare him to the other cops” He said “he’s not the same.” That said a whole lot! If anyone can identify this man. He wears a MTA uniform and lives in the Parkchester area. Because of the recent incident. It made it clear that this has been going on longer than I thought. The first occurrence with this man was years ago. 

I would have strange occurrences happen just like what I’m going through now. Random people trying to start a fight an argument or create a disturbance. I would witness and experience odd interactions with people. I just kept a mental note with some and documented others like this man above.
