I found out that one of the individuals stalking me was a tenant. It's not uncommon for conspirators to use multiple people to cause distress. This particular tenant and his wife conspired by providing false statements in an effort to make a false report to Parkchester management. Thanks to Delores’ action, I was able to uncover who she was conspiring with. I was able to identify their social media pages and the connection between them. Unfortunately, there are limited legal options when dealing with tenants. That's why it makes sense for Parkchester workers to work with tenants to help evict those who they want out. It takes away the legality of people remove themselves out of fear. You make enough issues and isolate them . Then they will move. They can even use them as witnesses in court if necessary. There's power in numbers. If the tents are allowed to have washer machines, dogs etc which is against policy why not. Most of them are retired don’t have anything else to do. Targeting nnocent tents!

In my case, the conspirators attempted to disrupt my sleep by making excessive noise throughout the day. When security arrived, the noise stopped, and there was no evidence for them to file a report. The same goes for the police; they couldn't make a report if there was no noise. However, if tenants are working for you, they know when to stop when security or cops arrive. Even if you have cameras and video evidence; they use the "I don't hear anything" tactic. Over time, the conspirers tactics become clear: they want to create chaos. They will watch you self-destruct and scream and lie to make their narrative seem true.

The authorities would use the mental illness card, labeling them as mentally ill to just ignore. They even used ageism as an excuse for their behavior.
