Some encouraging news that Dr Tim Jones, one of the researchers behind the first Australian report into conversion practices  ‘Preventing Harm, Promoting Justice’ will be leading a new research study into the impact of conversion practices on survivors.
Nathan Despott, one of the co-authors of the SOGICE Survivor Statement, will also be assisting with the research.

This research is desperately needed. I’m hopeful that it will help make survivors of conversion practices and groups like SOGICE Survivors more able to advocate for support and change.
