Resilient prayer in the face of heartbreaking news

We mourn the deaths of six Israeli hostages, kidnapped by Hamas and taken alive into Gaza on October 7 – six men, each with families and lives which were a gift to the world. Their bodies have been recovered in recent days.

We pray for each, by name:

Alex Dancyg, 75, Yagev Buchshtav, 35, Chaim Peri, 79, Yoram Metzger, 80, Nadav Popplewell, 51, and Avraham Munder, 78

Our hearts are breaking, yet we are grateful for their lives and we hold each man's family and loved ones within our circle of resilient prayer.
