Hello Petition Supporters!

I got in touch with Rep. Gentile's office and spoke with one of his staff members to ask for recommendations on how to proceed with the petition. He recommended emailing and sharing the petition and our proposal with DCR (specifically DCR Commissioner Nicole LaChappelle) and legislators Rep. Gentile and Senator Barrett. Walden Pond falls under both Gentile's and Barrett's jurisdiction. I emailed all three.

I'm going to give them a couple of weeks to respond (it is August and many people go away during this time). If I don't get a response in a couple of weeks I'll contact Rep. Gentile's office again to figure out how to proceed from there. I'll keep you posted.
