Our demand:- We, the students of DU, demand a 7 days holiday as was mentioned in our academic calendar OR as an alternative a shift to the online mode of study for the initial days of the month 

Reasons for demand:-

1.  Students want a break after the hectic exam schedule.
2. We want a winter break as mentioned in the academic calendar.
3. Students want to breathe cleaner air and take a breather from this aerial purgatory.

4. Afford accommodation of the need for those hailing from faraway places to visit their homes.

We humbly urge all fellow DU students to support us in this petition of ours. 

Finally, We hope that the DU authorities will consider our request and grant us a 7 days holiday or satiate the alternative.
