Thank you to those who have signed up to save the Historic Records Office in Portsmouth, located next door to the Portsmouth Museum. Please can I ask you to share if you could to try and raise more awareness?
Just a quick update; Firstly we are at 165 signatures now which is excellent but we need to aim for 1000!
In January there will be a public hearing where the Portsmouth City Council will discuss their plans for the site.
This will be our chance a group to stand up and say no!! So in the lead up to this date, I will be kindly asking all of you if you would be willing to attend this meeting with me to lean on and challenge the PCC into considering alternative options, enabling the building to remain.
If anyone has any ideas on how we can raise the necessary awareness please get in touch with me at alvin@alvinedyvane.com.
Also, we now have a Facebook page, so can you all visit and like. https://www.facebook.com/theportsmouthrecordsoffice
Thanks all
