The first hearing of two QCAT - Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal cases is on Tuesday...

  1. Gilbert v Whitsundays Regional Council and Queensland police for CCTV evidence in relation to Luke Gilbert.

The hearing that was set for the 24th of March as an "on papers" hearing has now suddenly been changed to an "in person" direction hearing. All parties were given until 13th March to file documents requested by QCAT which Whitsundays Regional council failed to submit on time.

  2. Gilbert v Queensland Police for evidence in the prosecution of Constable Bryce Collins in relation to Luke Gilbert

An on papers hearing to obtain the evidence withheld from our family and covered up at our son's inquest in regards to the prosecution of Constable Bryce Collins who illegally accessed Luke's file on his police computer, known as computer hacking, and disclosed information to someone outside the police force, has been set for the 28th of April.

It is alleged that Constable Bryce Collins is now no longer a serving police officer.

"The facts are always friendly, every bit of evidence one can acquire, in any area, leads one that much closer to what is true" - Carl R Rogers.

Thankyou for your continued support and we ask if you are able to share then please do so !
