Justice for Luke - GoFundMe

On 1 October 2022, our son Luke Gilbert (24) was SHOT DEAD by police in Queensland. He was provoked whilst crossing the road by a cop allegedly rejected by his girlfriend. He was not under arrest or suspected of committing any crime.

Key evidence has never been properly examined. CCTV has been covered up and tampered with. Independent forensic analysis has not occurred. An inquest raised more questions than answers.

We are now fundraising to continue the fight for the truth through independent legal advice, expert reports, and evidence analysis.

Luke mattered. Truth matters. Justice demands better.
