Luke Gilbert, 24, was SHOT DEAD in Airlie Beach on 1st October 2022.

• Provoked by police despite not being under arrest or suspected of any crime
• Complied when asked what he had, yet guns were drawn immediately
• Shot dead within 18 seconds in a hail of bullets

THE TRUTH BEING HIDDEN

• False witness statements relied upon
• Alleged prior relationship between the cop who initiated and
  provoked the interaction and Luke's girlfriend being ignored 
• CCTV footage tampered and withheld
• No ballistics report despite bullets hitting cars and bus stop
• Almost 40,000 signatures ignored on petition calling for an independent investigation
