Cop : Allegedly rejected by Tinder match, then kills her new boyfriend after seeing them together.

After the inquest had concluded in August, Luke’s girlfriend came forward with this new evidence. She has now made a sworn statement alleging…

• A prior casual relationship with Constable Forster who she matched with on Tinder and exchanged messages with for months before meeting one night in Townsville where she lived, after which she rejected him.

• Constable Forster arrived just after them at a local cafe where he kept looking over at them. Hours later he provoked Luke twice, calling him a tough guy before firing 4 bullets at him, killing him.

At a hearing on 2nd November 2023 not only have our family submissions been rejected but this new evidence is not being investigated either because it has been deemed irrelevant and in fact we’ve even been threatened with being arrested for criminal contempt of court.

This is what happens when police investigate police….our petition is calling for an independent inquiry and a criminal investigation is now needed more than ever.
