Purpose: This petition seeks to garner support for new bus routes for the lynx bus routes to service the poinciana area to allow transportation various locations outside the area. Many residents use the lynx bus service to travel between Orlando, kissemme and other nearby towns daily (specifically for work purposes) however more often than not are required to transfer between at least 2 bus routes a day to reach their destination resulting in multiple hours for comute and return (besides the use of lynx 26 route, which is the only bus route poinciana residents can ride that will continuously transport them outside of poinciana throughout the the day) the areas we hope to connect would include Davenport,192, poinciana sunrail, Orlando,theme parks Haines city and maybe a nearby beach. The signatures presented in this documents are poinciana residents who support the cause, together we hope to provide better convenience for our residents.
