Hi does any one know how long it takes for a charge back once you filled the form and made a offical complaint as getting ignored when I contacted about it even when the fraud was done on my card and £1100 of my Uc being spent phone lines closed due to covid by the time I logged in and blocked card all my money had been gone. I’m fed up it’s Christmas and my sons birthday I need my money back they are just ignoring every entry and email

I was also blocked by the card, wait for nothing and I've been waiting for 2 months and I have my money there blocked my account, please have the number of us on the card

Your lucky getting that as I'm being ignored because Pockit stole the money from my account and stole private eBay sales monies too as they not returned them to eBay or my money that was in my account

I am a new user of Pockit and they block my account saying to prove Identity in 7 Days.
Now its more than 7 days and there is no response from the Bank or i should Call Pock it...
My funds are blocked £500 mainly for my brothers treatment and i dont know why the people in the bank does not speak.
On web they mentioned several employees working for them.
