Balliya Joshi, the local Goonda, who as a routine affair for every goonda in this country had never thought that he would ever be convicted while extorting doctors. He made the patient party sit with the dead body in front of the hospital and used his media friends and police friends to lodge FIR against the doctor with a view to make easy money.

Dr Archana Joshi was forced to commit suicide.

1. All strongest possible legal / penal proceedings completed, including some, which have perhaps never been done in India till date.
2. Cash reward being increased from Rs. 5000/- ( at SP level) to 10000/- (at IGP level.)
3. Arrest warrant issued by court on 02/04/22.
4. Under 55 CrPc, orders of arrest by police anywhere in India.
5. Under Section 82, 83, of IPC, Baliya Joshi is declared PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ( उद्घोषित अपराधी). This process normally takes 6-8 months, which has been done in record 10 days by SP Dausa & his team.
6. Standing Warrant for Atrachment & forfeit ( कुर्की) of all joint/ parental properties by 12/05/22.
7. Police teams under Addl. SP stationed at Surat, Delhi, Amritsar, Haridwar presently searching for him.
8. Progress report by SIT submitted to IGP & ADG ( Crime), which is going to be tabled before Hon’ble CM Sir today, who is personally monitoring the entire proceedings.
9. Banks Accounts of culprit freezed .
10. Best Criminal Lawyer as suggested by us ( Our fraternity) shall be hired by Police to plead the case in Hon’ble High Court along with AAG.
11. The culprit shall be arrested before he surrenders in the Court.
12. On 12/05/22, Section 174 A ( Very rarely used up till now by Police across India) will be applied which shall ensure 100% guaranteed Punishment.
13. Day to day monitoring by Hon’ble CM with daily reporting by Police & Administration.
