Abusing his powers, IAS Mr Pankaj Pandey forced Dr Nidhi Uniyal, Associate Professor of Medicine GDNC, Dehradun to resign. 

Mr Pankaj Pandey must be removed from his post for abusing his powers.

Resign from your post Mr Pankaj Pandey if you have even 1 percent self dignity and respect.
