Assam doctor assault: 14 send to Judicial custody, 7 to police remand

24 people arrested by Assam police. A local court in Assam’s Hojai district remanded seven of the accused in police custody for three days while 14 others were sent for 14 days of judicial custody.

The punishment given to them should be well publicised so that future assaults are decreased.
