A female doctor assaualted by a patient relative in VIMS Hospital Ballari, Karnataka. The doctor was engaged in COVID duty and the patient was COvid Positive. 

It is very easy to assault a doctor and get away. People dont think twice before raising their hands on doctors. Raising the voice is a daily affair. I have never seen people assaulting any politician, police or IAS officer. Possibly because there are repercussions there.

Problem is that no social organismzation ever condemns attacks on doctor. Remaining silent is also a form of assault on doctors by the common public
