DM arrested a doctor ( in charge of Covid Response team)  and put him in jail because COVID cases were rising. Incidentally the doctor was made incharge only 2 days ago.

When the world could not decrease COVID cases in a year, probably the DM wanted to eradicate Corona in 2 days. Which obviously did not happen and angered the DM. 

This is what happens when people in power lack the basic common sense.

Whatever happens its fault of Doctors.

Is is not Administrative assault on Doctor?
