While violence is a problem all around the world, it is only India where the administration is not concerned about safety of healthcare workers including doctors, nurses and paramedical staff. The bill to protect the doctors does not see light of the day.

Other countries are thinking, working and making ways to protect their health care force including doctors, nurses and paramedical staff.

Countries like Australia already have severe punishment. China has recently passed a law for the same.
