A 65 yr old Doctor who served in a tea garden in Assam for more than 30 yrs had to undergo such a horrifying evening on 6/5/19 that he is presently admitted in ICU with rib fracture.

The thunderstorm had caused a tree to fall on a women who within a short time succumbed to her injuries before reaching the peripheral hospital in the garden.

Around 300 labourers gathered in the hospital and wrongly blaming the doctor responsible for the delay in ambulance reaching on spot. The mob brutally assaulted the doctor inhumanely.
