Himachal Pradesh Government has introduced Himachal Pradesh Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Amendment Bill, 2017. This increases imprisonment to three years, makes the offence cognizable and non-bailable. Thank You Himachal Pradesh Government, especially health minister Honourable Kaul Singh Thakur.
