Karnataka government has taken a major decision which can breathe life into dying rivers. High level river rejuvenation committee is formed having representatives of all major govt departments. 

A very ambitious target is set to make rivers fit for bathing within 6 months after approval of plan. 

Let us appeal to Maharshtra govt also to act on the same lines to rejuvenate our dying rivers.
