I am a Canadian Veteran who was physically injured multiple times during my service to Canada. I am suffering from the long term consequences of those physical injuries. Denied access to treatment and benefits in open contravention of the law for all but one physical injury. I've had that one lifetime VAC Disability Pension illegally suspended repeatedly by the current federal regime since they took office for, in my opinion, reporting misconduct. Initially they had been suspending my pension for most of the year, then they would reinstate for a brief period of time. A vicious cycle of harassment. The pension has now been fully terminated without the requisite written notification from the Minister, without being informed of my right to appeal, and without being provided with an opportunity to appeal their blatantly unlawful decision as per the legal requirement in front of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board[VRAB]. Multiple criminal code offences of a summary, hybrid, and/or indictable nature have, and are being proudly  committed by members of this government without any concern of ever being held accountable. Under the watchful eye, and with the full knowledge and support of the politically appointed head of their RCMP, the politically appointed head of their Prosecution Service, and of course their  politically appointed Chief Judge. My Registered Letters, couriered letters and emails to PM Justin Trudeau, now PM Mark Carney, outlining my allegations against VAC have never been responded to by the PM. The allegations against VAC have not been dealt with in a meaningful fashion to date. Reprisals have followed since filing my grievances with The Office of the Veterans Ombudsperson, The Minister of Veterans Affairs, former PM Justin Trudeau, and current PM Mark Carney. The paper trail leads directly to the Prime Minister's Office.

In the past I noticed financial irregularities with some prescription claims submitted by certain local Pharmacists to VAC for reimbursement. I reported these questionable claims immediately to VAC, on multiple occasions. Senior VAC staff were not interested in taking action. A Senior VAC Manager stated during a recorded call, "Sometimes we pay for stuff we shouldn't be paying for." The Office of the Veterans Ombudsperson whitewashed their investigation in my opinion, and then denied me access to disclosure on multiple requests. Indicating that they normally don't provide disclosure regarding their findings to those who initiate the original grievance. When they did ultimately provide disclosure it was partially censored. Stating that the matter of fraudulent prescription claims submitted to VAC by the pharmacists in question were, "...between the Veteran and pharmacy personnel." Comments made by OVO staff directly involved on the file were condescending, and dismissive in my opinion. The Ombudsperson at the time Guy Parent, then Craig Dalton, and now Nishika Jardine have refused to provide me with protection from the reprisals launched by VAC as a direct result of filing a grievance with their office. Current Ombudsperson Nishika Jardine and her politically appointed 'Advisory Council' made up of alleged Trudeau loyalists are refusing to communicate with me. The Minister of Veterans Affairs Canada refused to answer my questions or provide assistance. Former PM Justin Trudeau, and now PM Mark Carney haven't bothered to officially respond to me regarding my allegations. Not even a form letter with a stamped signature.  

The punitive and unlawful suspension of my monthly, long held, VAC Disability Pension has caused me extreme financial hardship. In addition, VAC has now denied me due process. My claim for treatment and benefits for another service related injury has been dismissed arbitrarily, with no opportunity to appeal provided. VAC has now ordered the Bureau of Pension Advocates to unlawfully withdraw their support of my claims. The Bureau, and it's lawyers are supposed to be free from political interference in their legal representation of injured Veterans like myself. Who either can't find a lawyer, or can't afford private legal services.  As a result, I have no lawyer to represent me, and cannot afford a lawyer even if I could find one. Which I can't. Besides, there is no way I could afford to engage in a decade long legal experience with the federal government in what's become their exclusive political court, in front of one of their politically appointed and ideologically loyal judges- who's become accustomed to a certain lifestyle; but I guess that's the point? This government continuously changes the rules without notice or debate, implements financial disincentives and penalties against those exercising their Charter protected rights, illegally withholds/censors/destroys incriminating evidence of its activities, breaks existing laws without fear of investigation or penalty, strips its victims of all Charter protected human and legal rights through threats, theft, intimidation, fraud, harassment, coercion, violence, and terror to send a message to those law abiding Canadians who dare speak truth to power. Punishment through process. Knowing that equal access to justice through what have become their political courts no longer exists and simply isn't going to happen for the average law abiding Canadian under the former Trudeau, and now Carney regime. A regime that has consistently demonstrated a terrifying contempt for parliamentary process, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and Canadian law. VAC did not make any attempt to contact me in writing by mail, over the phone, or by email before any of their repeated illegal suspensions. VAC Disability Pensions are paid as a matter of right, not privilege!

Be advised, the Department of National Defence Ombudsperson has refused to conduct investigations into my long standing allegations against DND. Even though they too, are aware of the mountains of hard physical evidence to prove through.

The Liberal regime has now authorized/ordered the Canada Revenue Agency to revoke my online User ID so that it can no longer be used. My repeated attempts to regain access to my online CRA Account have all failed. CRA has decided to ignore my follow up written request for service to find resolution. I haven't had access to a working telephone for over a year now due to state imposed extreme poverty; and the refusal of both government and their state sponsored 'charities' to let me borrow one to make brief, business related calls to government. I have no family; and now I have no friends. Thanks to governments unrelenting harassment, intimidation, threats, terror, and orchestrated  financial reprisals.

 VAC has locked me out of 'My VAC Account'; and blocked me from participating in their 'VAC Digital Employment Workshop'. They have unlawfully denied me access to supports and services for the following: physical health; education and jobs; financial programs and services; housing and home life; families and caregivers; etc. My requests for financial assistance to the Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency/Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services[CFMWS] have been ignored. The Military Family Resources Centre, and SMSRC aren't interested in providing me with access to lawfully mandated services. Apparently the PMO has seen to it that no government agency is to respond to my pleas for assistance.  The government supported Royal Canadian Legion, Canadian Peacekeeping Veterans Association,  and now VETS Canada are refusing to reply to my correspondence respectfully asking for assistance. None of the other federal government supported Veteran oriented 'charities/service organizations' have provided assistance. Choosing to align with the Trudeau regime after its recent $20 million dollar gift. As an amputee in need of advocacy, I'm sad to say this now includes The War Amps.

Their  'Street Card, Resources & Services, City of Abbotsford, updated Nov 2025', isn't accurate, truthful, or worth the paper it's written on!; Major thank you to Abbotsford Mayor Ross Siemens, his teacher wife and business partner who has full knowledge and is directly involved in her husbands affairs- Kelly, their politically appointed Abbotsford Police Board, and their politically co-opted Abbotsford Police Department: Victim Services, Privacy, Street Outreach Response Team[SORT], Professional Standards, Media Relations, the uncommunicative politically appointed Chief Constable, all of the clubs members- including the mayors relative- for openly practising their brand of selective/politicized 'law enforcement' in support of alleged personal and political endeavours. Knowing that a politically appointed judge[s], the politically appointed heads of the both the BCPS and Public Prosecution Service, and every politically appointed Officer of Parliament have their backs. While on their website they clearly indicate the contrary, "Fraser Valley Connective offers a diverse range of services in Abbotsford and Chilliwack." Well which is it? State funded services and supports being deliberately withheld from me. Prejudicial treatment, that's targeted discrimination in it's purest form. Wahlstrom refusing all my requests to meet or speak with me to discuss. Zero access to any and all lawfully mandated victim services through the Chilliwack RCMP. All with the unquestioning support, and under the unflinching protection of the RCMP's official apologist/cheerleaders the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission-CRCC]; Chilliwack Community Services[Thank you Luke Zacharias, Brian Vickers, Jessie Ramsay, Paul Donaldson for the proposed legal action to shut me up on a matter of serious public interest which led to my formal written complaint submitted via courier to the Law Society of BC. Emergency food, shelter, medical[Emergency/Trauma Care, Primary Care-David Eby's Fraser Health Authority], all previously approved prescription coverage plans[BC Pharmacare, WorkSafeBC, Veterans Affairs Canada], equal access to justice[David Eby's Abbotsford Law Courts], the right to vote[David Eby's Elections BC], access to basic government services[David Eby's Service BC-Chilliwack/WorkBC-Abbotsford/Student Aid BC/UFV Centre For Accessibility Services/BC Residential Tenancy Branch-I was illegally evicted as proudly admitted by the new owner and her Real Estate Agent after 18 years of a successful tenancy to accommodate a foreign student. I've been informed that Eby as BC's then Attorney General in charge of the RTB personally exerted undue command influence and directly sabotaged  the processing of this quasi-judicial proceeding to ensure that my $65000.00 RTB claim was never heard. That, after I paid Eby's $100.00 filing fee. My request for a refund, was denied. All of this allegedly as a personal favour and show of loyalty to both he and his wife's new off-shore friends and financial benefactors?], life, liberty, security of person etc. All rights as a law abiding Canadian citizen have now been illegally terminated/ripped from me without the requisite legal process through their courts. Nothing has been done in accordance with Canadian law- mostly without written notification, and no opportunities to appeal. By the government perpetrators, their servants of evil, and of course by those who derive a financial benefit through their businesses lucrative CRA 'charitable' designations. Carried out in the open for every citizen to see with the intent to instill fear, upset, and concern. Targeted, premeditated violations of both the BC Human Rights Act, and the Canadian Human Rights Act. Like the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Criminal Code of Canada, and especially the Veterans Bill of Rights neither document are apparently worth the paper they are written on? Career criminals, convicted predators, and self serving political opportunists are proudly and openly living their best 'Thug Lives' in Canada and have been for sometime now under authoritarian rule. Taking pleasure in rubbing law abiding citizens noses in it. Citizens who like myself wish to work hard, be productive, and contribute to society. While I've never had so much as speeding ticket! In fact, I have an Enhanced Security Clearance, a Vulnerable Sector Records Check-for all of my volunteer work in the community, been thoroughly vetted- repeatedly by both military and civilian authorities, impeccable written references, etc. Farmer's livestock are currently receiving better and more humane treatment by law. Under well publicized threat of criminal investigation, charge, court experience, immense public outrage, protests, lawyers getting in line to offer pro-Bono legal services, unlimited media coverage, local charities/advocates feigning teary eyed concern in order to elicit even more government and private funding, etc. More humanity, concern, community resources, public engagement, compassion, respect, and legal/police protection directed towards livestock, than humans- neighbours. While as a homeless, sick, starving, dying Canadian Forces Veteran in Abbotsford BC; I'm not even worthy of being offered donated slop from a bucket intended to feed the local farmer's profitable swines. 

The Royal Westminster Regiment, its Association, and its Honorary Officers have betrayed and abandoned me-one of their own! Presumably, as some of the senior 'leaders' accused of the well documented/hard physical evidence based criminal misconduct allegations mentioned in this petition are still gainfully employed and/or active in the regiment, association, and current governments. Once again, they all know but refuse to lift a finger to help. Like the RCMP, New Westminster Police, and Abbotsford Police Departments. Every Canadian MP, Senator, BC MLA, local municipal Mayors and their Councils[Abbotsford, Chilliwack, North Vancouver] have been contacted in writing begging for help. None has been provided. All main stream Canadian media have been briefed in writing, but have turned a blind eye. PM Trudeau's $600 million dollar gift, ongoing direct funding, and pending legislation seems to have had the desired affect.

My VAC Disability Pension is paid as a matter of right, not privilege! I should not be subjected to reprisals, have to endure financial hardships, and ongoing federal government harassment directed by the PMO in the service of former PM Justin Trudeau and current PM Mark Carney for simply reporting financial irregularities. Reporting through the chain of command in accordance with proper procedures to VAC, The Office of The Veterans Ombudsperson, The Minister for Veterans Affairs, and especially to former PM Justin Trudeau and now current PM Mark Carney. Former PM Justin Trudeau/current PM Mark Carney know, or should have known, that suspending my disability pension and refusing me due process to teach me a lesson about reporting financial irregularities within a federal government department was a violation of my rights, and the law. He and his thugs apparently don't care, because they know they are protected. None of his politically appointed and controlled Officers of Parliament will ever bite the hand that feeds. PM Trudeau/PM Carney's personal protection detail, the RCMP, aren't interested. Claiming that it's their belief that alleged indictable offences committed by members of the regime are either a "civil matter" or "military matter". There is no statute of limitations on pursuing criminal charges of an indictable nature in Canada. Nor are the BC Prosecution Service, or the Judiciary. The Justice of The Peace has ignored and/or flat out refused my repeated requests to meet with me so that I may refer charges of an indictable nature by way of swearing multiple private informations under Sec. 504 of the Criminal Code of Canada. BC's then Attorney General/now Premier David Eby, BC's current Attorney General Niki Sharma, BC's Solicitor General Mike Farnworth/now Nina Krieger, and Chief Judge Melissa Gillespie. They are BC's top lawyer, BC's top cop, and BC's top unelected judge who have turned a blind eye in support of political objectives. As has their VictimLinkBC. Legal Aid, Lawyer Referral, Access Pro Bono[David Eby's politically appointed friend, Chief Judge Melissa Gillespie is a beloved member of their Board. As per the Canadian Judicial Council's 'Ethical Principles For Judges' Sec. 6[E] both potentially an actual and/or perceived conflict of interest]. Above the law in my opinion. Veterans Legal Assistance Foundation[VLAF], Michel Drapeau Law Office, McInnes Cooper, Branch/McMasters, former MP Peter Stoffer, Murphy Battista, Koskie Minsky, Gowling WLG, and others who share a common link curiously aren't interested?

I wish to have my VAC Disability Pension reinstated immediately. With retroactive compensation for the months my pension has been unlawfully suspended, and interest on that money to also be paid. I want my additional claims for physical injuries sustained in the line of duty to be heard in accordance with the law. I demand an end to the campaign of  harassment directed from the PMO, in the service of former PM Justin Trudeau, current PM Mark Carney, and his Minister of Veterans Affairs. They've made their point. See something, say something, pay the price!

I served Canada, and was honourably discharged. I deserve to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect. In accordance with the laws of our nation. I shouldn't be penalized for reporting criminal misconduct. VAC Disability Pensions are earned through blood and sacrifice. Paid as a matter of right, not privilege!
