I am a Canadian Veteran who was physically injured multiple times during my service to Canada. I am suffering from the long term consequences of those physical injuries. Denied access to treatment and benefits in open contravention of the law for all but one physical injury. I've had that one lifetime VAC Disability Pension illegally suspended repeatedly by the current federal regime since they took office for, in my opinion, reporting misconduct. Initially they had been suspending my pension for most of the year, then they would reinstate for a brief period of time. A vicious cycle of harassment. The pension has now been fully terminated without the requisite written notification from the Minister, without being informed of my right to appeal, and without being provided with an opportunity to appeal their blatantly unlawful decision as per the legal requirement in front of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board[VRAB]. Multiple criminal code offences of a summary, hybrid, and/or indictable nature have, and are being proudly  committed by members of this government without any concern of ever being held accountable. Under the watchful eye, and with the full knowledge and support of the politically appointed head of their RCMP, the politically appointed head of their Prosecution Service, and of course their  politically appointed Chief Judge. My Registered Letters, couriered letters and emails to PM Justin Trudeau, now PM Mark Carney, outlining my allegations against VAC have never been responded to by the PM. The allegations against VAC have not been dealt with in a meaningful fashion to date. Reprisals have followed since filing my grievances with The Office of the Veterans Ombudsperson[Ret. Col. Nishika Jardine's yearly tax payer funded salary is a closely guarded secret.], The Minister of Veterans Affairs Canada[Jill McKnight receives a $321 300.00  tax payer funded salary], former PM Justin Trudeau, and current PM Mark Carney[As Prime Minister receive a $435 400.00 tax payer funded salary. Then one pension as an MP, and another pension for being the Prime Minister. Neither of those pensions require yearly proof of life and ongoing worthiness declarations in writing or the pension is illegally terminated with no written notice, no opportunity to appeal, and no equal access to the regimes courts. Select Canadian Forces Veterans are the only Canadians who must endure this yearly traumatizing trial by fire.  It's only Canadian Forces Veterans- those who have actually selflessly served Canada and have received a VAC Disability Pension for injuries sustained in the line of duty- earned through blood and sacrifice- who successive regimes have targeted for profit. Profits that fund both they, and their like minded associates  extravagant lifestyles, private business endeavours both in Canada and abroad, questionable social causes, and twisted political ideologies.] The paper trail leads directly to the Prime Minister's Office.

In the past I noticed financial irregularities with some prescription claims submitted by certain local Pharmacists to VAC for reimbursement. I reported these questionable claims immediately to VAC, on multiple occasions. Senior VAC staff were not interested in taking action. A Senior VAC Manager stated during a recorded call, "Sometimes we pay for stuff we shouldn't be paying for." The Office of the Veterans Ombudsperson whitewashed their investigation in my opinion, and then denied me access to disclosure on multiple requests. Indicating that they normally don't provide disclosure regarding their findings to those who initiate the original grievance. When they did ultimately provide disclosure it was partially censored. Stating that the matter of fraudulent prescription claims submitted to VAC by the pharmacists in question were, "...between the Veteran and pharmacy personnel." Comments made by OVO staff directly involved on the file were condescending, and dismissive in my opinion. The Ombudsperson at the time Guy Parent, then Craig Dalton, and now Nishika Jardine have refused to provide me with protection from the reprisals launched by VAC as a direct result of filing a grievance with their office. Current Ombudsperson Nishika Jardine and her politically appointed 'Advisory Council' made up of alleged Trudeau loyalists are refusing to communicate with me. The Minister of Veterans Affairs Canada refused to answer my questions or provide assistance. Former PM Justin Trudeau, and now PM Mark Carney haven't bothered to officially respond to me regarding my allegations. Not even a form letter with a stamped signature.  

The punitive and unlawful suspension of my monthly, long held, VAC Disability Pension has caused me extreme financial hardship. In addition, VAC has now denied me due process. My claim for treatment and benefits for another service related injury has been dismissed arbitrarily, with no opportunity to appeal provided. VAC has now ordered the Bureau of Pension Advocates to unlawfully withdraw their support of my claims. The Bureau, and it's lawyers are supposed to be free from political interference in their legal representation of injured Veterans like myself. Who either can't find a lawyer, or can't afford private legal services.  As a result, I have no lawyer to represent me, and cannot afford a lawyer even if I could find one. Which I can't. Besides, there is no way I could afford to engage in a decade long legal experience with the federal government in what's become their exclusive political court, in front of one of their politically appointed and ideologically loyal judges- who's become accustomed to a certain lifestyle; but I guess that's the point? This government continuously changes the rules without notice or debate, implements financial disincentives and penalties against those exercising their Charter protected rights, illegally withholds/censors/destroys incriminating evidence of its activities, breaks existing laws without fear of investigation or penalty, strips its victims of all Charter protected human and legal rights through threats, theft, intimidation, fraud, harassment, coercion, violence, and terror to send a message to those law abiding Canadians who dare speak truth to power. Punishment through process. Knowing that equal access to justice through what have become their political courts no longer exists and simply isn't going to happen for the average law abiding Canadian under the former Trudeau, and now Carney regime. A regime that has consistently demonstrated a terrifying contempt for parliamentary process, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and Canadian law. VAC did not make any attempt to contact me in writing by mail, over the phone, or by email before any of their repeated illegal suspensions. VAC Disability Pensions are paid as a matter of right, not privilege!

Be advised, the Department of National Defence Ombudsperson Mario Baril[Who's tax payer funded salary, like his associate OVO Nishika Jardine,  is also a closely guarded secret.] has refused to conduct investigations into my long standing allegations against DND.  Even though he too, is aware of the mountains of hard physical evidence to prove through in any functioning court of law where rule of law still exists. Like the other politically appointed and controlled Officers of Parliament involved, he proudly and unapologetically demonstrates his worth to the regime at every possible opportunity and is compensated generously for his efforts in the service of evil. 

The Liberal regime has now authorized/ordered the Canada Revenue Agency to revoke my online User ID so that it can no longer be used. My repeated attempts to regain access to my online CRA Account have all failed. CRA has decided to ignore my follow up written request for service to find resolution. I haven't had access to a working telephone for over a year now due to state imposed extreme poverty; and the refusal of both government and their state sponsored 'charities' to let me borrow one to make brief, business related calls to government. I have no family; and now I have no friends. Thanks to governments unrelenting harassment, intimidation, threats, terror, and orchestrated  financial reprisals.

 VAC has locked me out of 'My VAC Account'; and blocked me from participating in their 'VAC Digital Employment Workshop'. They have unlawfully denied me access to supports and services for the following: physical health; education and jobs; financial programs and services; housing and home life; families and caregivers; etc. My requests for financial assistance to the Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency/Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services[CFMWS] have been ignored. The Military Family Resources Centre, and SMSRC aren't interested in providing me with access to lawfully mandated services. Apparently the PMO has seen to it that no government agency is to either respond to my pleas or provide actual  assistance.  The government supported Royal Canadian Legion Branch #15 Abbotsford, The Royal Canadian Legion BC/Yukon Command[Foundation], The Royal Canadian Legion  Dominion Command, Legion Veterans Village/VRS Communities  in Surrey BC, Legion Veterans Village Research Foundation, Legion 'Leave The Streets Behind' Program for homeless Veterans, Legion Emergency Financial Assistance, Legion Local[Abbotsford] Poppy Trust Fund- administered exclusively by the Abbotsford Branch #15 Executive and their designated Poppy Trust Fund Treasurer for local Abbotsford Veterans in demonstrable crisis and emergency need, Legion Benevolent Fund,  Legion Help For Homeless Veterans, Legion Veterans Homelessness Program, Canadian Peacekeeping Veterans Association,  Veterans Benevolent Fund[Special thank you to the Michel Drapeau Law Office], and now VETS Canada[Veterans Emergency Transition Services] are either refusing to reply to my correspondence respectfully asking for assistance or refusing to provide meaningful assistance. None of the other federal government supported Veteran oriented 'charities/service organizations' have provided assistance. They received a shocking $878 000.00 in government grants for 2024-2025.], Veterans Villa Edmonton as advertised by the OVO Nishika Jardine[Providing a non-functioning online Housing Application form and two bogus email addresses to submit a completed Housing Application through on July 1, 2026.] The United Way of BC: Veteran's Homelessness Program[VHP]-In an email dated Aug 13, 2026 United Way of BC staff claim in response to my written plea for help, "...we don't provide direct community support.." While they simultaneously advertise in writing that they receive nearly $1 300 000.00 in federal funding to assist approximately 200 Veterans like myself annually who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. "The program delivers support through two main streams: SERVICES AND SUPPORTS, which offers DIRECT housing placement and treatment, and Capacity Building, which focuses on research and data collection." Choosing to align with the Trudeau regime after its recent $20 000 000.00 million dollar gift. As an amputee in need of advocacy, I'm sad to say this now includes The War Amps. 

Abbotsford ACCESS[Thank you Abbotsford Mayor Ross Siemens, City Council, and their Senior Manager- Social Worker Mike Sikora who apparently couldn't be bothered to even read my email pleading for help prior to cutting and pasting an ignorant/tone deaf response. Their  'Street Card, Resources & Services, City of Abbotsford, updated Nov 2025', isn't accurate, truthful, or worth the paper it's written on!; Major thank you to Abbotsford Mayor Ross Siemens, his teacher wife and business partner who has full knowledge and is directly involved in her husbands affairs- Kelly, their politically appointed Abbotsford Police Board, and their politically co-opted Abbotsford Police Department: Victim Services, Privacy, Street Outreach Response Team[SORT], Professional Standards, Media Relations, the uncommunicative politically appointed Chief Constable, all of the clubs members- including the mayors relative- for openly practising their brand of selective/politicized 'law enforcement' in support of alleged personal and political endeavours. My verbal request to have a conversation with the APD's Chief Constable was denied by his staff! My multiple written requests to the APD, and their defending agency the Abbotsford Police Board, for access to lawfully mandated policing services and accountability in accordance with the Police Act have all been deliberately ignored! Knowing that a politically appointed judge[s], the politically appointed heads of the both the BCPS and Public Prosecution Service, and every politically appointed Officer of Parliament have their backs. Neither political entity serving in Canada's former Justice system having any further need to even pretend to care about promoting public safety, justice, or respect for Rule of Law in Abbotsford BC. Children, women, seniors, poor, the disabled - all fair game in their version of Canada. That's my opinion which is based on my demonstrable and well documented experiences to date as a Registered Victim of Crime who reported. British Columbia's OPCC, IIO[The Chief Civilian Director lawyer Jessica Berglund spent 21 years at WorkSafeBC as the 'Director of Occupational Health and Safety Investigations' and held various legal and senior management roles. Another alleged morally and legally challenged politically appointed fixer who Premier David Eby can faithfully rely upon to conveniently make substantiated politically inconvenient and potentially brand damaging allegations of criminal misconduct from victims disappear. Yet, she prioritized a response and replied within exactly two minutes, when a third party reached out to the very same St. Joseph's email address days later. This time with a request for information on how to potentially donate both cash and food. Executive Director McDiarmid wasn't interested in communicating with a CF Veteran in desperate need respectfully begging and pleading for help who's being deliberately starved to death; but made the time when cold hard cash was mentioned. What would Jesus have done?]; Mark Carney's  Ministry of Agriculture and Agri-Food[Thank you for handing over $20 000 000.00 tax dollars in preliminary funding recently to both Canada's 'not for profit' Food Banks and Community Food Organizations- including the ones in Abbotsford. Who refuse to provide me with access to Emergency Food as a show of unquestioning loyalty to their new sugar daddy. I wonder what other favours they do for cash; and how many political dissidents have been sacrificed in support of personal/financial/political objectives?]; Cedar Outreach Society[Thank you Abbotsford Police Department Inspector Kevin Murray, a select previously mentioned senior staffer, and various mentioned directors who also curiously work simultaneously for other Abbotsford charities in the largely state funded and highly profitable homelessness/poverty space. An organization where a Registered Victim of Serious Crime who also happen to be a CF Veteran injured in the line of duty, that's me, is being deliberately excluded from receiving Cedar Outreaches stated 'Peer Support & Case Management', 'Service Navigation', 'Employment & Housing Assistance', etc. If Cedar Outreach Society aren't helping people like me who in writing have reached out in desperate need, then who exactly are they helping with all that donated money? $1 800 000.00 in government grants]; River's Moon Resource Society[MCC's Jane Njogu is a valued member of their Board of Directors. $1 217 334.00 in government grants]; An Outreach Worker for 'connective.ca' which receives government funding recently stated in an email to me, "Unfortunately out agency doesn't support Abbotsford residents." While on their website they clearly indicate the contrary, "Fraser Valley Connective offers a diverse range of services in Abbotsford and Chilliwack." Well which is it? State funded services and supports being deliberately withheld from me. Prejudicial treatment, that's targeted discrimination in it's purest form. Wilfully depriving me of both my human and legal rights.; the government Social Workers and Registered Nurses of the Fraser Health Authority Integrated Homelessness Action Response Teams, I.H.A.R.T. My written request to I.H.A.R.T. for help dated Aug 27, 2025 was ignored. On May 13, 2026 I found out that their written pledge to the community["Take Out Only. Will feed you if you have no home to go to"] didn't include select Canadians like myself. When I respectfully explained my situation as a homeless CF Veteran and politely requested the advertised meal with my food container ready, clean hands, and boots off,  I was angrily directed back towards the front door and shown out! Without the life saving meal.  Seniors First BC; Seniors Abuse and Information Line[SAIL]; Pain BC; Alzheimer Society of BC; BC and Canadian Cancer Societies; bc.211.ca; Food Banks BC; Food Banks Canada; ReFood/Reign Foundation; Muslim Food Bank Abbotsford; St. Ann's Roman Catholic Parish; Society of Saint Vincent de Paul; Archdiocese of Vancouver; Beth Tikvah Synagogue; Christian Life Assembly[They ignored my written request for help, but made the time and found the energy to entertain MP Sukhman Gill and MLA Harman Bhangu- "We prayed for our elected officials..."];  Northview Community Church-'Local Outreach' was/is too busy to either meet with me or provide general assistance anytime in December 2025 and into January 2026. Like other local religious institutions, apparently non-Canadians are their primary concern? Politically persecuted local Canadians who face danger, false imprisonment, or death simply aren't welcome in their place of worship during the Christmas season. I hope they enjoy all of their tax exemptions, and well meaning donations this holiday season!; The Chilliwack RCMP's Victim Services[Thank you to the RCMP's former Media Relations Officer- Upper Fraser Valley- Cpl. Tammy Hollingsworth for laughing in my face while I was in tears begging and pleading for help. The Chilliwack RCMP's civilian employee Victim Services Manager Darlene Wahlstrom, and this morally and legally challenged underperforming detachments steady stream of  Superintendents for letting her get away with it. Wahlstrom refusing all my requests to meet or speak with me to discuss. Zero access to any and all lawfully mandated victim services through the Chilliwack RCMP. All with the full knowledge, unquestioning support, and under the unflinching  protection of the RCMP's equally corrupt official apologist/cheerleaders the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission-CRCC. Who's politically appointed and controlled commissioner actively obstructed,  and engaged in breach of trust to make the allegations identified  in my complaint disappear. The commissioner personally signing for my traceable written complaint delivered to his office. It's not been seen since.  His subordinate staff when I initially attempted to deal with them refused to answer my questions, refused to escalate my concerns through to a Senior Manager, refused to provide disclosure in response to my written Privacy Request, illegally demanded money in order to process the aforementioned written Privacy Request to name but a few. No response received. Ultimately, no Emergency Meal provided either that day. Unwelcome, unwanted, unworthy! Yet again, Mayor Ross Siemens and his regimes political enforcement teams wielding influence and power through their use of state funded proxies.]; Mennonite Central Committee/MCC[Thanks to Jane Njogu Homelessness Prevention & Outreach Coordinator who on May 14, 2026 authorized staff to deny me access to an Emergency Meal. I was informed by staff that as a homeless, starving, malnourished CF Veteran in Abbotsford I wasn't welcome at MCC, and to get off the property. My follow-up email concerning the matter to Coordinator Njogu to find resolution has not received a response. $927 934.00 in government grants]; Refresh Mobile Shower Ministry located on the aforementioned  MCC property[As a fellow amputee, the refusal to respond to my written plea for help was particularly hurtful. Clearly, the service isn't open to every member of the community in desperate need. Contrary to what's indicated on their sign posted outside the organizations mobile unit stationed in the MCC rear parking lot]; Gratitude Society Abbotsford; Adventure Freedom Foundation.[Dr Carrie Wachsmann simply passed on my polite request for emergency food and other services to the Abbotsford Salvation Army without my knowledge or consent]; Feed A Family Food Bank; Fraser Valley Brain Injury Association; Mood Disorders Society of Canada[Veteran and First Responder Programs- They simply referred me to the Branch #15 Abbotsford Legion's President/Service and Veterans Officer Ross Craddock. As indicated by their lack of action on my email requesting local support services.]; Buxton Consulting Employment Services; BeMorr Society; Lifeline Outreach Society/Blue Bus.[I just confirmed in person at the scheduled time in Abbotsford their charity/ministries correct email address-as no response to my email begging for help had ever been received-I identified myself by name, and that I was still in desperate need of an Emergency Meal and access to either free or low cost Emergency Food. My suspicions were confirmed by the founder Pastor David Poulette. I was/have been forsaken as a homeless, injured, dying, politically persecuted CF Veteran and wouldn't be receiving any nourishment from his charity/ministry.]; Ground Zero Ministries[Who reached out to me initially, then mysteriously didn't reply when I contacted them back. Presumably, they realized the potential political/financial implications for their operation if they were to provide help to me, i.e. toiletries/band aids/soap/food/a haircut/simple human kindness? $201 000.00 in government grants]; Gathering Markit[They require a written referral by a state funded poverty/homelessness 'advocate' before providing any access to service to members of the community in desperate need.]; Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms; The Democracy Fund; Human Rights Watch Canada; Canadian Civil Liberties Association; BC Civil Liberties Association; Canadian Constitutional Foundation; Amnesty International; United Nations Human Rights Office of The High Commissioner; and Abbotsford Hospice & Grief Support Society[Who've constructively denied disclosure of their Registered Charities financial statements in response to my written request. Her special and influential friends include MLA Korky Neufeld[He found the time to make a promotional video in support.]- his large connected family; and of course once again the Abbotsford Police Departments Chief Constable Colin Watson.]; to name but a few who curiously aren't interested? Emergency food, shelter, medical[Emergency/Trauma Care, Primary Care-David Eby's Fraser Health Authority], all previously approved prescription coverage plans[BC Pharmacare, WorkSafeBC, Veterans Affairs Canada], equal access to justice[David Eby's Abbotsford Law Courts], the right to vote[David Eby's Elections BC], access to basic government services[David Eby's Service BC-Chilliwack/WorkBC-Abbotsford/Student Aid BC/UFV Centre For Accessibility Services/BC Residential Tenancy Branch-I was illegally evicted as proudly admitted by the new owner and her Real Estate Agent after 18 years of a successful tenancy to accommodate a foreign student. I've been informed that Eby as BC's then Attorney General in charge of the RTB personally exerted undue command influence and directly sabotaged  the processing of this quasi-judicial proceeding to ensure that my $65 000.00 RTB claim was never heard. That, after I paid Eby's $100.00 filing fee. My request for a refund, was denied. All of this allegedly as a personal favour and show of loyalty to both he and his wife's new off-shore friends and financial benefactors?], life, liberty, security of person etc. All rights as a law abiding Canadian citizen have now been illegally terminated/ripped from me without the requisite legal process through their courts. Nothing has been done in accordance with Canadian law- mostly without written notification, and no opportunities to appeal. By the government perpetrators, their servants of evil, and of course by those who derive a financial benefit through their businesses lucrative CRA 'charitable' designations. Carried out in the open for every citizen to see with the intent to instill fear, upset, and concern. Both BC's Provincial Health Officer Dr Bonnie Henry[a fellow CF Veteran I my add], and BC's Chief Coroner proudly refuse to intervene to prevent my state sanctioned premature death through starvation and lack of basic medical care- a politically motivated and premeditated homicide by order of their colleagues. Or provide disclosure in response to my written Privacy Request. Targeted, premeditated violations of both the BC Human Rights Act, and the Canadian Human Rights Act. Like the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Criminal Code of Canada, and especially the Veterans Bill of Rights neither document are apparently worth the paper they are written on? Career criminals, convicted predators, and self serving political opportunists are proudly and openly living their best 'Thug Lives' in Canada and have been for sometime now under authoritarian rule. Taking pleasure in rubbing law abiding citizens noses in it. Citizens who like myself wish to work hard, be productive, and contribute to society. While I've never had so much as speeding ticket! In fact, I have an Enhanced Security Clearance, a Vulnerable Sector Records Check-for all of my volunteer work in the community, been thoroughly vetted- repeatedly by both military and civilian authorities, impeccable written references, etc. Farmer's livestock are currently receiving better and more humane treatment by law. Under well publicized threat of criminal investigation, charge, court experience, immense public outrage, protests, lawyers getting in line to offer pro-Bono legal services, unlimited media coverage, local charities/advocates feigning teary eyed concern in order to elicit even more government and private funding, etc. More humanity, concern, community resources, public engagement, compassion, respect, and legal/police protection directed towards livestock, than humans- neighbours. While as a homeless, sick, starving, dying Canadian Forces Veteran in Abbotsford BC; I'm not even worthy of being offered donated slop from a bucket intended to feed the local farmer's profitable swines. 

The Royal Westminster Regiment, its Association, and its Honorary Officers have betrayed and abandoned me-one of their own! Presumably, as some of the senior 'leaders' accused of the well documented/hard physical evidence based criminal misconduct allegations mentioned in this petition are still gainfully employed and/or active in the regiment, association, and current governments. Once again, they all know but refuse to lift a finger to help. Like the RCMP, New Westminster Police, and Abbotsford Police Departments. This nightmare started with former Royal Westminster Regiment Commanding Officer Lt. Col. W.A.S. 'Bill' White! It was continued by his equally evil, corrupt, cowardly replacements: Lt. Col. R.A. Lee, and Lt. Col. F.M. Fisher. Every Canadian MP, Senator, BC MLA, local municipal Mayors and their Councils[Abbotsford, Chilliwack, North Vancouver] have been contacted in writing begging for help. None has been provided. All main stream Canadian media, Esprit de Corps Magazine, and various 'independent journalists' have been briefed in writing, but have turned a blind eye. PM Trudeau's $600 000 000.00  gift, ongoing direct funding, and pending legislation seems to have had the desired affect.

My VAC Disability Pension is paid as a matter of right, not privilege! I should not be subjected to reprisals, have to endure financial hardships, and ongoing federal government harassment directed by the PMO in the service of former PM Justin Trudeau and current PM Mark Carney for simply reporting financial irregularities. Reporting through the chain of command in accordance with proper procedures to VAC, The Office of The Veterans Ombudsperson, The Minister for Veterans Affairs, and especially to former PM Justin Trudeau and now current PM Mark Carney. Former PM Justin Trudeau/current PM Mark Carney know, or should have known, that suspending my disability pension and refusing me due process to teach me a lesson about reporting financial irregularities within a federal government department was a violation of my rights, and the law. He and his thugs apparently don't care, because they know they are protected. None of his politically appointed and controlled Officers of Parliament will ever bite the hand that feeds. PM Trudeau/PM Carney's personal protection detail, the RCMP, aren't interested. Claiming that it's their belief that alleged indictable offences committed by members of the regime are either a "civil matter" or "military matter". There is no statute of limitations on pursuing criminal charges of an indictable nature in Canada. Nor are the BC Prosecution Service, or the Judiciary. The Justice of The Peace has ignored and/or flat out refused my repeated requests to meet with me so that I may refer charges of an indictable nature by way of swearing multiple private informations under Sec. 504 of the Criminal Code of Canada. BC's then Attorney General/now Premier David Eby, BC's current Attorney General Niki Sharma, BC's Solicitor General Mike Farnworth/now Nina Krieger, and Chief Judge Melissa Gillespie. They are BC's top lawyer, BC's top cop, and BC's top unelected judge who have turned a blind eye in support of political objectives. As has their VictimLinkBC. Legal Aid, Lawyer Referral, Access Pro Bono[David Eby's politically appointed friend, Chief Judge Melissa Gillespie is a beloved member of their Board. As per the Canadian Judicial Council's 'Ethical Principles For Judges' Sec. 6[E] both potentially an actual and/or perceived conflict of interest]. Above the law in my opinion. Veterans Legal Assistance Foundation[VLAF], Michel Drapeau Law Office, McInnes Cooper, Branch/McMasters, former MP Peter Stoffer, Murphy Battista, Koskie Minsky, Gowling WLG, and others who share a common link curiously aren't interested?

I wish to have my VAC Disability Pension reinstated immediately. With retroactive compensation for the months my pension has been unlawfully suspended, and interest on that money to also be paid. I want my additional claims for physical injuries sustained in the line of duty to be heard in accordance with the law. I demand an end to the campaign of  harassment directed from the PMO, in the service of former PM Justin Trudeau, current PM Mark Carney, and his Minister of Veterans Affairs. They've made their point. See something, say something, pay the price!

I served Canada, and was honourably discharged. I deserve to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect. In accordance with the laws of our nation. I shouldn't be penalized for reporting criminal misconduct. VAC Disability Pensions are earned through blood and sacrifice. Paid as a matter of right, not privilege!
