The Hard Physical Evidence VAC Minister Jill McKnight And Her Staff Have In Their Possession!

So there is no opportunity for 'miscommunication', 'misunderstanding', or 'some one dropped the ball'. Veterans Affairs Canada Minister Jill McKnight has this hard physical evidence on her desk! She has decided not to act! The following is contained in my official Veterans Affairs Canada file. All supported by hard physical evidence. Select CF-98 Accident Reports, pay records, personnel records, medical records, multiple Summary Investigations, the letter of apology the Royal Westminster Regiment CO was forced to write, good performance assessments, and multiple receipts[taxi/prescriptions/treatments/document fees/medical supplies etc] were deliberately destroyed by order of the Royal Westminster Regiment’s Commanding Officer[s] Lt Col W.A.S. White/ Lt Col RA Lee/ Lt Col FM Fisher. As determined during subsequent outside investigations. VAC/VRAB wasn’t interested in hearing from multiple witnesses to the events/injuries to corroborate my account in lieu of the destroyed CF-98’s, I detailed to prove my claims without question. All the aforementioned was deliberate, targeted, and in direct contravention of the Q.R. & O’s, N.D.A., Department of Veterans Affairs Act, and the Criminal Code of Canada. No interest on the illegally held wages and out of pocket expenses was ever paid, nor were any of my claims backdated to date of original injury due to being deliberately lied to by the Commissioned Officers of the Royal Westminster Regiment. Multiple officers informed me that I’d have to wait until they completed their work and established my injuries had taken place while I was on duty. Then and only then was I was allowed to apply for VAC Disability Pensions. Later proved to be outright lies according to VRAB in their published statement of findings.

Multiple signed and dated independent witness statements obtained, physician reports, specialist reports, Accountant financial reports, my lengthy first hand personal accounts on individual detailed timelines, and other hard physical evidence is a matter of official record supporting all my claims made on these pension applications. Everything is in my permanent records[unless VAC/DND staff destroyed more evidence again]. VAC Minister Jill McKnight/VAC/VRAB know this, but wilfully refused to provide the lawfully required ‘Benefit of Doubt’ to cover for senior VAC/DND bureaucrats, CF officers, politicians, and state funded lawyers.  VAC Minister McKnight and her subordinate staff are wilfully refusing to follow their own departments established and legally mandated policies, procedures, and protocols! Why are every member of the opposition letting her get away with it? That includes my own former MP Mark Strahl[Chilliwack-Hope], and current MP Sukhman Gill[Abbotsford South Langley]. Neither individual will meet face to face with me like actual leaders to provide representation. Neither cowardly individual I may add, has ever served Canada! Disgustingly, MP Gill was recently appointed with- no leadership ability, expertise, empathy, compassion, or real world experience in anything- to sit on the 'Standing Committee On Veterans Affairs' as I'm being deliberately starved to death outside his luxury Constituency Offices front door in Abbotsford BC. 

My untreated Severe Whiplash injury has now devolved into my suffering through ongoing untreated chronic pain, and partial paralysis. Multiple X-rays, emergency CT, and emergency MRI Scans have established spinal damage. I now have to endure extreme pain and suffering on a daily basis and I’m being forced to deal with ongoing paralysis on my entire right side on a regular basis. Additional untreated injuries sustained while on duty during my well documented service in the Canadian Armed Forces: Diagnosed PTSD, Diagnosed Severe Depression, Displaced Fracture Left Radial Head[Now suffering from Diagnosed crippling arthritis], Facial/Dental Injuries from taking a rifle to the face, Asbestos Poisoning, Multiple Diagnosed Concussions, to name but a few. All untreated military injuries being allowed by McKnight and her staff to fester and  become exponentially worse without ongoing mandated care while being forced into state imposed homelessness, and sleeping cramped up in the back of my mould covered small pickup truck outside in the weather for years. Zero access to emergency food, emergency shelter, emergency medical, proper nutrition, vitamins, medical supplies, warmth, clean clothes, etc. I now only sleep three hours a night. The Fraser Health Authority has revoked my access to their Pain Management Clinic, and denied access to corrective spinal surgery and therapy. All of my prescription coverage has been illegally terminated with no written notice and no opportunities to appeal. That includes all my long held and pre-existing paid prescription plans for life saving blood thinner[Eliquis], pain medication, anti-inflammatories, cortisol shots, etc.
