David Eby's Staff Refuse To Submit My Referral For Emergency Food, Shelter, Medical Attention! Why?

Last week I was kindly put in touch, by a concerned citizen who cared enough to reach out to me, with a senior staffer for David Eby's Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction Community Integration Specialist[CIS] Service Delivery Division. That's what normal Canadians still simply call 'Welfare'. I explained my dire situation in writing to this relatively new Canadian located in Vancouver. He asked if I would give him my permission to forward the information I provided  through to the Ministry to generate a referral to set up an Emergency meeting with staff from the Ministries Abbotsford BC office. With great relief thinking the nightmare of potentially starving to death in Abbotsford was coming to an end, I immediately agreed via email. I stated in writing: "Sure, you have my permission...", and "...I'll be here and respond to the emails immediately to provide all the requested information that I'm able...". I then proceeded to go out and physically obtain all the information this senior staffer requested me to bring to the future appointment in Abbotsford in order to complete an 'Immediate Needs Assessment'. The purpose of the assessment is to find out if one has an immediate need for food, shelter, or urgent medical attention. Canadians have the legal right to obtain government support right away if they need it. David Eby's welfare ministry staff can speed up the welfare application process, and relax some of the eligibility requirements for well supported and documented Emergency Disability/Medical cases just like mine if they so desire. Well, I found out this morning that no such "referral" was ever submitted! No Emergency food, no Emergency shelter, and no Emergency medical attention[Including urgently needed prescriptions].  "A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims...but accomplices."
