I submitted the petition to the executive on Dog Control a short time ago, but I foresee it being an ongoing tool to use to show the council that many, many people are against both the concept of removing taxpayers’ rights to walk their dogs off-lead on public land and the use of authoritarian non-democratic enforcement measures.
