As you may know, a group of travellers arrived in Elburton a day or two since. There were reports of all kinds of infractions and abuse. One man contacted the city council to let them know.

Their response was:

Yes, there must be many departments in the council.

But really? Does this land - where we have been abusing residents for three years now on a regular basis - actually belong to us?

Maybe it is just easier to bully seniors and back off when the law-breakers are larger than life.
