We have reached our goal of 8,000 petition sign ups! Can you help us reach 5,000 objections?

With one day to go to the deadline for objections, we have reached 8,000 petition supporters, and we want to thank every one of you.  If you haven't objected, please help us reach our goal of  5,000 objections on www.object.now/machair  - you can take just a few minutes or as long as you like to express what is wrong with the MachairWind development proposal. Will we receive another 1.000 objections in one day? Only if everyone spreads the word!  Please tell everyone you know why this is important, not just for the Hebrides, not just for Scotland, but for every unspoiled environment and habitat that should be protected not developed.

Objections will close on August 15th but we will keep the petition running until we succeed in stopping MachairWind. Wish us good luck for tomorrow's deadline and we'll let you know how it went.
