Please start selling sustainable fuels at gas stations

Please start selling sustainable fuels at gas stations
The Issue
Please read this:
The California State Government began banning gas cars and diesel trucks in the state this year, with a deadline to be free of fossil-fuel vehicles by 2035. My problem with that is if government officials ban those vehicles all over America and end up putting gas stations out of business, that might be a little bit too aggressive for some vehicle owners and drivers. Gasoline and diesel are indeed bad for the environment, but there is a way to save the planet without getting rid of regular and traditional vehicles. To do that, gas station chains should offer some new types of fuel that are good for every car and every living being.
Smart Alternative Fuels used to have an article that mentioned the following:
- Bioethanol - I think bioethanol can be made with compostables.
- Biodiesel - Biodiesel is not diesel at all because it’s like bioethanol, but it is designed for diesel trucks.
- dimethyl ether - The name “dimethyl ether” makes me think of Ethereum, which is a cryptocurrency. However, Dimethyl ether Is Another alternative fuel that can be used with Propane.
- natural gas - According to Smart Alternative Fuels, filling a vehicle with natural gas can be harmful, but it can be turned into dimethyl ether in different ways.
- electricity - Now, there are places in America that already have their own charging stations for electric vehicles. Still, if gas stations provided electricity, that would be more convenient for drivers of all kinds of electric vehicles, especially hybrids.
Aside from bioethanol, biodiesel, dimethyl ether, natural gas, and electricity, some sources mentioned other fuels like:
Biogasoline - Biogasoline is similar to biodiesel, but it can be used in gasoline cars.
Ammonia - If you haven't heard about the idea of using ammonia as a fuel for cars, Interesting Engineering has an article about that.
Hydrotreated vegetable oil - Theres also a fuel that can be compared to biodiesel called hydrotreated vegetable oil. (HVO for short)
I also found out that other countries were doing it. Japan is using bioethanol. In America, we should use alternative fuels too! Anyway, click here to read more about alternative fuels.
