Noah is a male from a Catholic School who looks up females skirts. Students have spoke about this to the teachers about this topic many times and their responses are “boys will be boys” even though the girls clearly stated that it makes them uncomfortable. This is not the only thing that Noah has did but he has also hit females that did nothing wrong. He’s done it because he was in a “bad mood” and “frustrated”. He’s stalked girls and his family has sent threats to one of the girls family’s before.
