This dog has lived his entire life on a chain in Davidson County, NC, and will live every second, every hour, every day, every month, every season & holiday on this chain in Davidson County, NC, for the rest of his life, in wind, lightning, thunder, snow, sleet, rain, hot sweltering sun, blackness of night, and every frosty morning, right here.... because the people who have the power to make change refuse to acknowledge this issue. There is absolutely no possible way to steal him without getting shot, or possibly arrested. So we continue to beg for an Ordinance, through the power of Social Media, hoping someday this will not just be unacceptable, but also illegal. While we all go about our lives, with things to go, places to go, and people to see, and places with our pets, walking, riding, playing.......this dog will remain right here in this lifeless & tired little slump, as he has always been, every time I have passed, with lots of pain in my heart that won't go away.
