100,000 Signatures!!! ???

Hi everyone! Could we get 100,000 signatures? Please share, and ask all your friends to share. The world is changing in our favor! While there are some Counties, Municipalities & States, reluctant to get dogs off chains, there are many who are making an effort, passing legislation, and changing the world for dogs! Together, the sky is the limit, and anything is possible! Just like the "No Smoking" was an unheard of thing years ago. Just watch the 1985 Movie "Wall Street," starring Michael Douglas & Charlie Sheen. It was never foreseen at that time, that buildings & businesses would be "no smoking." Look how they are smoking it up in the movie, from all those years ago! Things can change! Dogs on chains can be a thing of the past!!! Love you all, Donna XOXOXOXO
