Hello Hessler Supporters,

The Hessler Coalition would like to thank you for signing our petition and give you a brief update.

Last week we received notices from the Cleveland BZA letting us know that UCI/the developer is seeking variances for an oversized building, insufficient parking and lack of screening for that parking. The meeting will take place online at 9:30a.m.on Monday, November 22nd, 2021.

We’ve shared your signatures with the BZA and hope that they will honor them and uphold the zoning laws that are in place to protect us.
