Hello Hessler Supporters,

The Hessler Coalition would like to thank you for signing our petition and give you a brief update.

Last week we received notices from the Cleveland BZA letting us know that the developer is seeking variances for an oversized building, insufficient parking and lack of screening for that parking. The meeting will take place online at 9:30a.m. on Monday, November 22nd, 2021.

We’ve shared your signatures with the BZA and hope that they will uphold the zoning laws that are in place to protect us.
