The fourth petition is a brand new petition that asks Hasbro to make brand new action figures for the "Marvel Legends: Retro Spider-Man" toyline of the Vulture and Doctor Octopus, to give each figure a new body mold and alternate heads and hands, to include bendable wire tentacles accessories for the next Doctor Octopus figure, and for each figure to be sold separately in all stores and on all websites. The seventh petition asks Hasbro to make brand new figures of Spider-Man in his classic red-and-blue costume, The Incredible Hulk, The Mighty Thor, Cyclops, Colossus, the Wasp, Doctor Octopus with bendable wire tentacles, the Absorbing Man, Volcana, the Enchantress, Magneto and more for either a second "Marvel Legends" toyline from the "Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars" toyline or as new figures for their other Marvel toylines.
