Whether or not it will be officially accepted, the COIN and the MARCH will make an important statement on the 75th anniversary of the original unfulfilled promise to eradicate untouchability in free India. 

This petition organized by Hindus for Human Rights (HfHR) and the Dalit Solidarity Forum (DSF) will also be delivered on August 7th with all the signatures to the top parliamentary leaders of India on August 7th.
