Come to find out this is way deeper than i knew it was! I was under the understanding that this lady/family member i didn't even know existed had stolen my son, her daughters 4 boys, and a couple she seen in public with a child that looked to be having some troubles, and she offered to help. She offers for you to let the kids come stay a few nights or more while the parents figure their housing/other issues handled. She then if she hasn't already without your knowledge goes and files for guardianship of your kid/kids. The second it is granted she is already signed up for foster money. And almost completely isolates you from your child for as long as it takes for the parent to go through the process of filing papers through the courts to get their kids back; That were supposed to just stay a few nights? And without consent? I found out that she has done 25 guardianship cases! 25 times she has done this to people. Parent's have filed kidnapping and false imprisonment charges on her because she would not return their kids. A judge charged her with contempt of court for telling the him she would not give the children back. And was still able to be granted guardianship again with my son without my consent. I had my mother watching my child while i was dealing with fighting a criminal case that i was not guilty of. Cps came knocking at my mothers door wanting to speak with me. My mother who was just babysitting for me had this lady come pick my son up afraid of him possibly being taken from me. Keep in mind the only thing i had that could get me into any trouble was not having my son enrolled into public school at the age of 8. At about 6yrs old our family had split up and his whole world was ripped apart. His little brother(bestfriend) and his dad were gone, and he was mad at the world especially me because it was my fault his dad and brother were gone. i was having a hard time finding housing so he would sleep inside in a big recliner, a child mattress, or a pallet of blankets on the living room floor. While i slept outside in my suv, but that's only half of the time the other half we were staying in five star hotels. My son was so angry, he was cussing people out everywhere we went like i could send this poor angry kid to public school when he was currently mentally and psychology not okay? So he can go to school call the teacher out her name and tell her to go #$@& herself? No, so i was home schooling him. People would find out my son hadnt been in school and automatically start to judge. But after having a 5 min conversation with my son were all blown away at his intelligence. And admit my kid is probably smarter than anyone they even know lol but seriously. And literally the moment his dad and brother come back in our lives, and my son stops cussing and starts to be happy again he is gone.This lady has had my son for almost 3 yrs and knows he wants to come home and wont let him because she wont get a check anymore and she would have to find another kid to steal. I am not only doing this to get my son back, I am doing it to have this lady's right to become a guardian or conservator of anyone completely revoked! I want to make sure she can never do this again. You don't hold people's children hostage under false pretenses so that you can collect a pay check, and make the childs parent have to fight you in court for you to return a child that was just supposed to stay with you for a week or so. And there needs to be some kind of stipulations on how long you have to have a child before you are able to obtain any kind of guardianship or foster money. And especially without the signature or consent from the custodial parent period. #25 kids stolen help me make sure there is NO #26 family affected by this white collar kidnapper!
