“PLEASE HELP WITH FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE AND STAND WITH KEITH WHITMORE, AN INNOCENT/WRONGFULLY CONVICTED MAN SERVING A LIFE SENTENCE WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE".

On September 26th, 2010 at approximately 11:40pm, there was a shooting on the 4800 block of Tackawanna Street, in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. On that tragic night, a man had his life taken from him. Two(2) caucasian males by the names of Mr. Andrew Sliwinski, and Mr. Scott Sliwinski, were gunned down during an alleged drug transaction which resulted in the death of Mr. Scott Sliwinski. Months later, a 21 year old man named Keith Whitmore had his life taken from him as he was arrested, charged, and ultimately convicted UNJUSTLY!! of committing this crime. Mr. Whitmore has since been languishing in prison for the past 13 years (4,745 days), serving a Life Without the Possibility of Parole sentence for a crime he did not commit. That means the state of Pennsylvania wants him to die in prison. The two(2) child star witnesses in this case, age eleven(11) and twelve(12), claimed that they were sitting on a porch 52 feet away when they saw two(2) males with hoodies covering their heads engage with the two(2) white males before a fight occurred and the shooting started. They had also described it to be very dark and were uncertain if Mr. Whitmore was in fact one of the guys they saw that night. Mr. Andrew Sliwinski, the surviving victim, was never able to make an identification in the case and at no point time could he recall ever encountering Mr. Whitmore in his life. This case was based solely on the testimony and misidentification of two uncertain children, along with the shrewd and coercive tactics used by the Commonwealth and Police to close a case. There was evidence left out that could have certainly changed the outcome of this case, and misleading evidence presented in order to fit the Commonwealth's narrative and gain a conviction. There were lies told and a gun presented at trial that was tested and proven to have absolutely nothing to do with the case or any connections to Mr. Whitmore. The two(2) leading detectives on this case, Det. Kenneth Rossiter, and Det. Joseph Bamberski, have both as well been added to a list released by the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, for police, detectives, and court officials who have all been either, accused, charged, convicted, and/or disciplined for alleged actions of misconduct. Thank you for reading this brief story, and please know that the "HELP FREE KEITH WHITMORE CAMPAIGN" appreciates your time and interest.
