A Niagara is recruiting a Founding Leadership Team to build a grassroots civic organization that puts the people of Niagara Falls first. Our petition calling for greater accountability in city government has already been signed by 2,760 residents and supporters. Now we’re looking for people who want to move beyond signing a petition and help organize our community. We’re looking for leaders, organizers, creators, professionals, entrepreneurs, students, retirees, and concerned residents (ages 15+) who are ready to listen, communicate, organize, and serve. Founding Leadership Opportunities: • Executive Director • Director of Operations • Digital Communications Director • Community Engagement Director • Social Media Director • Content & Storytelling Director • Research & Accountability Director • Youth Leadership Director • Technology & Data Director • Volunteer Coordinator • Neighborhood Representatives • Graphic Designers, Writers, Videographers, Researchers, and Community Organizers Together, we will: • Listen to residents and identify community priorities • Share accurate information and amplify local voices • Organize neighborhoods around solutions • Encourage transparency and accountability in local government • Connect residents with resources and opportunities • Develop the next generation of civic leaders • Build a trusted grassroots network that serves the people—not political insiders You don’t have to be a politician to make a difference. You just need to care about Niagara Falls, be willing to work with others, and believe our community deserves better.
