To start off I am a anonymous student from West Niagara Secondary School,Beamsville Ontario. I've come on here to create a petition to get our vice principal Jessica Bell fired for taking advantage of her power and being in the place they are, many people have reported or seen Ms.Bell kneeling to look under stalls with "suspicion of vaping" that is invading privacy of a minor and that is not right. Even Ms.Felino one of Ms.Bells coworkers knows that she was looking under stalls and knew it wasnt right so why was nothing said or done? another student was searched many times without the right to say no how is that fair it's not. A student should have the right to deny being searched as for some people have anxiety and mental issues that can cause them to overreact,      She also harasses multiple of the underage female students inside the washroom while there using the toilets and she has done it to the male students aswell she also gives Unconsented body searches to students aswell. If they don't want to be searched they should have the right to say no, Not all people may agree that Miss Bell should be fired but I think it would be better for our educational and school environment. I feel that this action will make others feel safe and comfortable in their Learning Place. Many students have issued that they are getting suspended for "invalid" reasoning even parents are upset and complaining to superintendents but still yet nothing is done we need to take action for what's right and not let people take advantage of their power, Not to mention falling behind is easy for people being away during a suspension that shouldn't have even been given in the first place. Ms.Bell wanders the halls all day as if she looking for an issue although you may think she is nice and it's just cause some of us are "bad kids" that is not the case we are targeted many people are just because they hang around a cirtain group or those who "gather in the washroom and make others feel unsafe" those girls are the least of their concern this vp has looked under stalls,made people uncomfortable, tooken advantage of her power and shouldn't be in the place she is you thank you very much for reading my petition please sign to get Justice for our students.
