Petition wording editing

Hello,

I've edited the wording of this petition's description as well as the title. I initially blamed the development team for the problems surrounding Overwatch 2. But it's recently become clear to me, as well as more pronounced in the community, that the developers of Overwatch 2 are not entirely to be blamed. Rather, it is Activision-Blizzard's toxic work culture that causes talent to quit en masse. Please refer to the addendums linked in the petition body.
