As of June 25th both North Carolina House Bill 529 and House Bill 741 have been passed and are now enacted! Both bills, one for funeral and the other for neonatal, have put wording into place, allowing the cremation of multiple fetuses from the same birth. Kadence and Olivia did not have this luxury in the state they would have called home, but now we can hope that this amended rule offers a small bit of comfort to all future families who may need it.Thank you to every single person who signed, shared, and spread the word about changing the state laws, we actually did it!
